CELESTINO CROWHILL

Be a protector, as preserving cultural stewardship of the earth is an act of love and her destruction an act of war.

This "clean metal hammer" is a tool designed to clean textiles that have been severely damaged by acts of terrorism, as part of a process to restore or rework these textiles. It is also designed as a forging hammer that addresses such vicious acts against cultural diversity. Its handle is specific , designed like a tool used to clean textiles. The triangle edge is used to work out debris trapped between the warp and weft of a textile. It is a tool that challenges our perceptions of violence, protection and intention. It is used to preserve diversity within the human condition.
